We all carry within us a deep well of love - a place from which healing, transformation and change can take place. When we learn to access and practice this love, we can begin to release old patterns, move through inner blocks and change the way we experience our lives.

The work
This is a space to look beneath the surface and uncover what’s really shaping your life. Recognise the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, release what no longer serves you, and create lasting change from the inside out.

About Nityaa

Nityaa came to this work through her own experiences of trauma, healing and transformation. Her journey through different healing modalities eventually brought her to the work of Louise Hay, which became her guiding philosophy.
Then life gave her a rare opportunity, just two months after her mother’s cancer diagnosis, she was diagnosed with cancer herself. Overnight, she went from being a caregiver to a patient.
By then, however, she had imbibed the philosophy, and her practice of love had shifted something deep within her. What could have been an extremely dark chapter instead became a beautiful one. Not because it was easy, but because the person meeting cancer was no longer a victim of her circumstances. She moved through treatment with an ease and joy that surprised her nurses and doctor, who began asking other patients to meet her.
It was during this time that she certified as a Heal Your Life® Teacher and decided to share with the world the philosophy that had so profoundly changed the way she experienced life.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Much of our suffering comes from ego; the parts of us that resist what is, cling to what was, fear what might be, and need life or other people to be different before we can be at peace.
Her work is about gently dismantling these layers of ego and returning to what remains underneath - love, where there is no room for suffering.
Nityaa wants to build a world rooted in love and believes that can only happen when we begin to experience the very love that exists within us.
Her work is to guide people back to that space of love. Back to themselves.

The philosophy
Louise Hay’s work introduced millions of people around the world to a simple but profound idea: that the relationship we have with ourselves has the power to transform the way we experience our lives and the world.
At the heart of her philosophy was the mind-body connection - the belief that our thoughts and emotional patterns don’t exist only in the mind. When repeated over time, they can manifest in how we experience our physical bodies as well as in the patterns and circumstances we create in our outer lives.
Her work brought together affirmations, forgiveness, mirror work and inner-child healing, but the philosophy beneath them was larger; to stop looking for change outside ourselves, because the power to make any change begins within us.
Her landmark book, You Can Heal Your Life, first published in 1984, became an international phenomenon, selling more than 50 million copies worldwide. She later founded Hay House, which grew from a small home-based venture into one of the world’s best-known publishers in personal growth and mind-body-spirit work.
Louise’s legacy was ultimately one of love - learning to love and accept ourselves deeply enough that we are no longer imprisoned by the past, and can begin creating our lives from a different place.
